Mainly for new employees, covering the company's history and current situation, business and functional division of labor, business philosophy, core values, employee ethics and codes of conduct, basic personnel systems, safety and quality, OA application knowledge, 5S basic knowledge and ISO Quality system, etc. Make new employees have a certain understanding of company culture, institutional processes, work safety and related knowledge.

Professional Training:

Mainly for key positions of professionals, the content mainly includes warehousing logistics management, customer service, customs declaration, IT technology and network maintenance, financial management, human resources management and other related professional training topics. Let the staff of each functional department continuously improve their professional level and learn the new knowledge needed for their work.

Transfer Training:

Mainly for the relevant transfer personnel, the content includes new job responsibilities, job description, required knowledge and skills. If the post after transfer is a special position, relevant special post training is required. Enable post-employment staff to be qualified for new jobs and requirements.
